Joined May 1916;Landed at Le-Havre between 7/22nd February 1917 and concentrated in the in the Merris Area . Regiment took over the right sector on 11 Anzac Corps north of Le-Tilleloy
.Lots of active service he was twice gassed.He died at 2-0pm at No 6 stationary Hospital,Antwerp.
